Koji's New Art Twitter!

HI EVERYONE! I am SO excited. Koji started his first art Twitter and has started taking commissions again! I'm so proud of him. This isn't his first time doing commissions but he's only drawn as a hobby for a while. I am hoping so hard that people will welcome him, support him and commission him. 😊 We're working on something really big, so I'm looking hard for a job and he's doing this and Ástrid is thinking of starting a leatherworking business! Catching Up

こんにちは! Oi! Hello! How are all of you? I've been... Bad. There have been WONDERFUL moments so far this year, like Ástrid, Koji and my anniversary and Koji's birthday. But we've also had Mya pass on, which severely triggered my insomnia and anxiety... and anxiety about the insomnia and now I need a job for some extra money. Which is huge, because... Since this blog was remade, most people probably don't know, but I'm disabled. So I get disability money and also have insurance which covers my very expensive medication. ONE prescription is over $1,000. It's also the most important, woo. So I need to do something that will give us extra money, but not too much extra so that I don't lose my benefits. @.@ 

Koji and I have wanted to start streaming, both separate and together, so that's one thing we can do both for fun and as a business. I have my blog, which I'll dedicate more time to. I'm searching for a work from home job, too, maybe something that's just part-time.

Today is My Darling Husband's Birthday!

 

No, my husband isn't a leopard gecko but he does love them! Today is Koji's birthday! Happy Birthday, my Darling! I can't imagine being with any other man, you're so perfect for Ástrid and I and all of our babies. You're handsome as fuck, cute, smart, sarcastic, tease me and also completely take care of me, are so nice to animals, make friends with everyone and truly make me the happiest wife alive. I hope you have the best birthday EVER and that all of your wishes come true. Forever yours, ~Angie. 

Rest in Peace, Mya, we love you

Our precious eight-legged daughter passed away on the 10th. She was a very good little (big!) spooder. She was skittish of everything, though she kind of let me pet her with a paintbrush from time to time. We were just about to move her into her new house when we found she had an accident while we were asleep. By the time we woke up, she had already passed on. I am grieving extra hard because of that, she was so young, only about five. 

I really hope her life with us was a good one. I hope she was happy and healthy, she seemed to be! I hope that wherever she is now, she feels all of the love that Koji, Ástrid and I have for her and I hope that she is happy and healthy and enjoying herself.

I wish I could bring her back. I was doing better mentally and this has completely ruined me again and I don't know what to do. Some people see spiders and other insect pets as less than other pets... But not us. She was and will forever be our daughter.

I love you, Mya. I will forever.

Happy New Year! 🎉 Welcome, 2021!

あけましておめでとう! Feliz Ano Novo! Happy New Year! How has everyone's 2021 been so far?! I've been quite pleased with ours. I ordered this kawaii Pusheen planner to help me keep track of everything in 2021 (and am also starting a new bullet journal!) I also bought a new vape and some delicious vape juice (fruity flavors with mint are my favorite.) 

On New Year's Eve, Ástrid, Koji and I played a fun game (Northgard), talked about our 2021 goals, ate good food and kissed when the clock struck midnight. 🥰

On New Year's Day we had some yummy bacon cheeseburgers, which I was craving, and yesterday we ordered some bánh mì and boba. Mmmm. 🤤 So food wise, it's been a delicious 2021 so far. 😉

Oh! I've also cut my hair. Well, Ástrid cut my hair! It's now about shoulder length. Her and Koji are both great at cutting hair, me... Not so much. 😅

I want to talk a bit about my 2021 goals before wrapping up this post! They are...

☐ Be the best wife and Mommy that I can be and help my little family be as happy and healthy as possible

☐ Secret goal! OoOo

☐ Be able to hold a conversation in Portuguese

☐ Lose weight and get fitter

☐ Blog more often

☐ Grow my social media communities 

☐ Perfect my gyaru style

☐ Clean and Organize and keep everything cleaned and organized

☐ Be more dedicated to my religion and spirituality

Those are my goals so far. I might add more, we'll see! So far I've been using Habitica and Fabulous to help me keep on top of habits and daily to-do's and I'm seeing my Doctor soon to figure out a possible new medication for me, as I've been reallyyyy unmotivated and overwhelmed, due to my ADHD and OCD. Wheeee! 😂 I'm just trying to treat myself well and give myself the space to b r e a t h e and know that I will get everything done.

Welcome, December! It's one of the most magickal times of the year. ❄ It's time for cozy coats, peppermint hot chocolate, the Yule tree going up and spending warm, happy holidays with your family and or friends! 

I haven't been feeling very good lately. 😕 I've been very disassociated and my executive dysfunction has been worse than ever. I've really been struggling. So! I hope this new month will help me pull myself together.

I have a few little goals for this month and they are...

CURRENTLY - November 2020

こんにちは! Oi! Hello! I've been gone for a while. 😳 I've been spending a LOT of time on Age of Wushu, which I'll talk more about in a second, and talking to our friend Samantha. She was without a computer for a while so Koji, Ástrid and I couldn't talk to her but now she's BACK! I missed her. 😁 How are all of you? Tell me in the comments!

This is my first CURRENTLY post since I restarted my blog. I'm excited. I love writing these as a way to catch up with my friends. I hope you enjoy!

CURRENTLY... 

🎮 Playing: Age of Wushu, my absolute favorite MMO. Age of Wushu is an older Chinese MMO where, when you level up, you actually feel stronger. It's very rewarding and for an older game, it's very beautiful and quite popular. This is my character, Akayoru. 

Unlike most MMOs, there isn't a huge questing system and you don't level from experience. It's also very PvP heavy, which I LOVE. If you're a fan of wuxia and xianxia novels, I highly recommend giving Age of Wushu a try. I'll write a guide on the game later!

📺 Watching: Ástrid and I just started Super GALS! It's an anime about a gyaru living in Shibuya. It's really cute and it's very loved by most gals. 

I also plan on starting Tian Guan Ci Fu which is a wuxia anime with a danmei theme. Danmei is basically yaoi, which is basically "boy's love." But that isn't the main reason I watch that kind of genre, I actually really love wuxia if you couldn't tell and any anime based on that is GREAT. My favorite is Spirit Blade Mountain. 

📚 Reading: This AMAZING wuxia novel called Dual Cultivation. I'm trying to think of how to describe cultivation to non-wuxia readers... I guess the best way to describe is think of opening your chakras. I think most people know what that is and how to go about doing so. You meditate, you focus on them, you break through. That's SIMILAR to cultivation. There's also pills and herbs you can use to help you. In Dual Cultivation, the most popular way for people to cultivate is by having sex. It's a good sexy novel, and the main character reminds me so much of Koji so it's even better. 😁 

What is the point of wealth and status if there’s nobody to share it with? Dual Cultivation explores the sensual side of the Cultivation world that is often filled with solitude!

Su Yang was sentenced to life in prison within the Eternal Retribution Cliff, where only the universe’s most violent and evil criminals dwell.

His crime?

He seduced the Moon God’s wife, kidnapped the Dragon King’s sister, and even touched the Heavenly Emperor’s beloved daughter.

He later meets a mysterious old man who would help him escape prison by reincarnating him.

In his new life, Su Yang swears to reunite with his lovers and hold them in his embrace once again, all the while finding new ones along the way.

That's the summary. It's soooo good. I also have a few others waiting to be read, like My Vampire System and Birth of the Demonic Sword. Eeee!

💪 Working on: My Portuguese, of COURSE. I am FOREVER working on my Portuguese. I really wish I had a good Brazilian friend to help me. 😭 I'm also working on my makeup a lot, trying to get my own personal gyaru style down. I need to start working on exercising again too...
